Borned in Santiago, Chile, Luis Rivera
has been living in Brazil about 40 years. Following
his pasion for nature, L. Rivera has traveled to all the secret
patadises in the Brazilian forest, going deep to amazonas
jungle, also discovering virgin beaches in the tropical coast
by treking, when this places was already undiscovered, or
going through the wild pantans and mountains across the south
american jungle. Today he lives in a country house inside
a protected atlantic forest near to Sao Paulo metropoly, where
he uses to receive the visit of tucans, papagayos, jacús,
squirels, and others wild animals.
Rivera translates his pasion for nature
in magnificent and colorful artwork that could be defined
like surrealistic with a tendency to naif. Graduated
in Architecture by the Universidad Catolica de Santiago de
Chile, and graduated in Arts by the Academia de Artes Totila
Albert, his artwork has been exposed in Brazil, Chile, Italy,
USA and Spain and has been subject of post stamps, corporate
calendars, puzzles for UNICEF,
